Lighting Challenges

Warehouses, hangars, storage facilities, and similar structures have large-expanse lighting needs both inside and outside. Inside, their cavernous spaces are lit by high bay fixtures. Outside, the structures are surrounded by parking areas and loading docks designed to handle delivery trucks.

Depending on their specific purpose and the types of goods they house, ware-houses might also need interior lighting that is waterproof, that is impervious to humidity, and that doesn't generate hot temperatures (e.g., for storing wine or
perishable food).
